You can request permanent deletion of your OGI wholesale account and associated personal data from this page.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone after processing is complete.

Before You Continue

  • You will lose access to the OGI Sales App and website account
  • Active carts and saved carts will be removed
  • Open orders already placed may still be processed

What Happens Next

  1. We confirm receipt of your deletion request.
  2. We verify account ownership.
  3. We process deletion and disable account access.
  4. We send a completion confirmation once deletion is finished.

Target completion time: within 30 days of a verified request.

Data Retention Notice

We delete account and personal data that is not legally required to be retained. Certain transaction records (for example invoices or tax-related records) may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations for the required retention period.
