  • Account role and account identifiers

  • Performance and stability signals, and aggregate cache effectiveness metrics (bucketed counts; no product or order content); not used for advertising or cross-app tracking

We do not use collected app data to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including trusted service providers used for app infrastructure, notifications, and diagnostics. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide app services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Account Deletion Requests

You can initiate account deletion directly from the app:

  • Open the OGI Sales App
  • Go to Account
  • Select Delete Account

After we receive a verified deletion request, we disable account access and process deletion. Target completion time is within 30 days of a verified request.

We delete account and personal data that is not legally required to be retained. Certain transaction records (for example invoices or tax-related records) may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations for the required retention period.
