After we receive a verified deletion request, we disable account access and process deletion. Target completion time is within 30 days of a verified request.
We delete account and personal data that is not legally required to be retained. Certain transaction records (for example invoices or tax-related records) may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations for the required retention period.
